Minor Charged Majorly

Apparently 11 is underage for drinking when you are in Alabama (must be acceptable at age 12).  The girl, who was slightly injured in the crash, is now charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.  I’m not sure I understand.. if the police approached the vehicle and saw the girl, how did she then leave the accident?  Did she pull out a banana seated bicycle?  Big wheel?  Walk?
