Win at slots, go to jail
|
In Indiana, prosecutors are considering slapping users of slot machines with faulty software with criminal charges. Some slot machine at Caesars Indiana credited gamblers $10 for each $1 put in due to having software that was not designed for U.S. currency.
More than 20 people played the machine, each coming away with at least 10 times their inserted money as “winnings”. After $487,000 was given out by the machine, some retarded gambler decided to alert some casino employees.
After contacted by the casino, some of the gamblers gave the money “won” back.
This seems pretty unfair, even for retarded people like me. I have gambled on a slot machine a couple times, on one occasion the slot machine jammed (I guess I shouldn’t have put so many pesos in at once). When the casino employee came to fix the machine, they would not give back the money that got stuck so I lost it. Just like I did the other money I put into the machine.
Shouldn’t casinos be more like Chuck-E-Cheese? At Chuck-E’s, if you lose a token in a machine they give you a couple tokens back and sometimes will slip you a few tickets.
