What happens when you mix a Wiccan and a sword? The answer is comedy, pure comedy. Apparently there was a 36 year-old Wiccan that was at a cemetary playing with a sword, trying to perform some sort of cult ritual, when she put the sword through her foot instead of into the ground witch which she was aiming for at the time.
Of course, being a 36 year-old Wiccan is really the oddest part of this story for me, since it would seem more logical that after Katherine Gunther of Lebanon, Indiana turned 10 years-old she would grow up and stop playing kid games.
After Katherine put the sword through her foot she removed it. And her friends took her to a hospital, where no potions were used and nobody cast any spells, instead there were educated medical health professionals who helped clean and care for the wound.
Unfortunately the police treated Gunther like a child and did not file charges for her being at the cemetary after visiting hours which constitutes trespassing.
