Rescuers dodge second suicide jumper rescuing body

In a scene similar to the movie ‘The happening’ British Coastguard crews were forced to dodge a second suicide jumper while trying to retrieve the body of an earlier suicide jumper.

The 12-person rescue crew was trying to remove a man’s body that children had spotted in the waves when a Toyota 4×4 plunged 500 feet and landed a few yards away.

The Cliff is a popular suicide spot with about 20 jumpers a year plunging from Beachy Head cliff.
