Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery but not so to Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler. Tyler who’s real name is Steven Victor Tallarico has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against a pair of impersonators who pretend to be Tyler and his girlfriend on postings found on the web.
Tyler does not know the names of the impersonators but is seeking unspecified damages from the bloggers.
The 60 year old Steven Tallarico who stands only 5′9 does not know the identity of the Tyler impersonator but is seeking
“The impersonated statements relating to (Tyler’s) mother are perhaps most hurtful given that she recently passed away,” the lawsuit stated.
The postings were made on blogspot a year after similar postings were made on youtube a year ago.
