Man fighting child support claims he slept through inception
|
A Canadian man is claiming he should not have to pay for child support because he slept through the child’s inception.
The claim filed in Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench alleges the man awoke to the woman on top of him during a visit to her house.
The man says when he “demanded that she cease and desist” she complied. But about nine months later the woman gave birth to a child that he agrees is his.
He is seeking damages including mental distress and anxiety as well as reimbursement for all child support services he has already paid.

This has to be the funniest attempt to avoid child support yet. It’s amazing that fathers still try to avoid child support; how can one concieve a baby when they are alseep anyways? I think it wouldn’t be possible to prove you weren’t awake and concented to the sex.
