Polish bus driver follows GPS navigation device into lake

In a stunning bit of technological irony a Polish bus driver followed his satelite GPS navigation system into a lake and nearly drown everyone in his bus.
The driver made a frantic call to emergency services that he and two of the passengers couldn’t open the doors and were going to drown.
The fire department rushed to the scene to find the driver and passengers sitting on the roof of the Mercedes mini-bus.
The three were rushed to the hospital for exposure but were released with no serious injuries.
The road near Marcin Guzenda in Glubczyce, south west Poland was intact until last year when the area was flooded to form a lake.
