Supermarket cashier foils armed robbery with cheese

A supermarket cashier in Germany foiled an armed robbery with a barrage of cheese.

Three robbers demanded cash from 50 year-old Martina Bolle at gunpoint.

Instead the cashier began pelting them with cheeses.

One shopper who witnessed the attempted robbery saw Martina hit one of them in the face with a very ripe gorgonzola remarking “it must have been like getting a does of natural CS gas.”
