Family tormented by haunted sofa

Nigel and Christine Strange of Bristol England have had their home life ruined by a piece of haunted furniture.

The family’s sofa has been making progressively louder and has even scared the family’s pet.

Poppy the Yorkshire terrier heard the squeaking noises coming from the couch and got scared and ran away.

Nigel Strange, 54 who is a service engineer has vowed to not sit on the sofa alone until the mystery is solved.

“It could be an alien for all we know. The noise is getting louder and louder. I’m scared it’s going to come bursting out one evening while we’re watching TV.”

Nick Pope, a former government expert who investigated unexplained events said there has been a jump in unexplained events this year.

“There are more UFO sightings and more reports of other weird phenomena than I can recall from any previous year.”
